About me
I tried everything.
I used to wake up every morning telling myself, “Today’s the day I change.” I’d start strong, but after a few days I’d give up because it felt too hard. I skipped meals, cut out carbs and sugar, then ended up starving and bingeing — convincing myself I’d “start again tomorrow.”
I tried every shortcut and fad diet I could find. Nothing worked.
I saw girls in dresses and bikinis I wished I could wear, but I hid behind clothes I didn’t even like because of my body. I tried again and again, with the same result.

On a no-obligation consultation call, we will dive deep into your unique situation; your goals, your lifestyle, your struggles, and what you need from us! We also map out your history with any previous dieting, any hormonal barriers (PCOS, thyroid, etc), any health conditions or injuries, and your current relationship with food and the gym. We define the exact roadmap you need to go from overwhelmed to confident and strong by spring!
Unlike generic apps (there’s a lot of them out there!), you will work directly with myself (Emma) and my expert team. I am your dedicated mentor, combining certified expertise with my own lived experience of achieving and maintaining 30kg fat loss for over 10 years.
