I tried everything.
I know what it feels like to try everything and still feel stuck.
I used to start every week promising myself this time would be different. I’d cut out carbs, skip meals, and try to rely on willpower alone, only to end up exhausted and back where I started. I was trying to force a lifestyle that wasn’t sustainable.
Everything changed when I stopped chasing quick fixes and started building habits that actually fit my life. I learned how to fuel my body properly, enjoy the foods I loved, and focus on consistency instead of perfection. I lost 27 kilos and completely transformed not just my body, but my relationship with food and myself.
