"Three months ago, I joined Brittany's program after struggling with yo-yo dieting, skipping meals to lose weight, and finding it hard to stay motivated to get active.
Her approach is both realistic and relatable—it doesn't feel like a typical diet because I'm still able to enjoy delicious food, just in moderation. In just three months, I've lost 5.8 kg and Im still progressing.
I feel more confident in my body and have noticed changes not only on the scale but also in how my clothes fit and the increased energy I have to be get the workouts done.
The support from Britt and Alix has been invaluable, especially during the challenging moments, and they've helped keep me on track! They have helped me become my best self and I'm truly grateful!"

"So I found Brit's instagram about two years ago and really was inspired by her journey. There came a point in my life where I didn't recognize myself and I realized I needed help. My first thought was of Brit and her journey. I had seen her post about her and her clients journey and thought "well if they can do it, so can I". From there it's been nothing but amazing. From the first moment I started working with this team, they've been nothing but supportive and kind through it all. The detailed meal plans (I have a lot of food intolerances), to the workouts, to the constant support, I knew I found a place where I would be able to meet my goals.
I've finally started to recognize myself again and my body again. I can finally take pictures of my face and body and not hate them. I've been through quite a lot this year but these woman have helped me stay on track through it all. My mental health has improved so much with their support and encouragement. Last year me would be so proud of where I am today and I truly couldn't have done it without this team, thank you all for everything you do for me and all of us in the journey, it does not go unnoticed"

" Wow a week ago I was 80.2 kilos and today I weighed 77.1. This is insane, Im eating more than I used to and I feel like I'm not slaughtering myself at the gym anymore smashing out too much cardio.
This week didn't feel like a restricted
"dieting" week.

" I honestly adore you. Since being apart of your program... I've never felt so good about myself... I could cry trying to express this to you right now. I have my moments of course but l've stopped beating myself up as much as l used too! The meals, the training and even the motivation and inspiration from you to even just go for a walk when I feel insecure about going to the gym. I've had trainers before but it was constant "you won't have this if you don't gym everyday" and that was hard for me to hear... I can't wait to continue on with the program and progress further x "

"When I joined Britt's program, I was in a rut, at the heaviest l'd ever been and lacking in confidence, but not having the motivation/knowledge to do anything about it. I was also on a low-FODMAP diet to figure out intolerances, and thought that l'd have to wait until I was done before joining. However, the team were able to pull together some delicious recipes for me that fit my low-FODMAP restrictions and I LOVED them. My workmates are always jealous of my breakfasts/lunches - how awesome is it that you can include things like chocolate in your breakfast and still lose weight? It is truly a personalised program, no matter how restrictive your dietary needs are.
4 months ago, I hated taking photos and I wore the loosest clothing I could. Now, I feel so much more confident and happy in myself, thanks to Britt and the team. I'm so thrilled with my progress and that I now have the knowledge to maintain it. I can have a treat without feeling like I'm completely derailing my progress.

" Thank you so so much!! Not giving up has been the hardest thing like this is the longest I have gone on a wellness journey and stuck with it because I think before l've tried to loose weight and now I'm focusing on a healthy lifestyle not being skinny or anything and I'm finally seeing results! So when I have sets backs or don't feel like Im doing well I just keep going because I know it doesn't have to be the end of it and that it's all a part of the balance.
You have shifted my mindset completely which ive struggled to do for years! I now know I can indulge as long as I get back on track and don't let it stop me. Also before I was in contact with you l saw one of your tiktoks about just showing up even when you really don't feel like it and I say that to myself all the time just show up.
Even if I don't do as well as I usually would at least I showed up and did something. "

"Alix, one of Britt's team members has been an absolute rock! I can directly message her and it feels so safe as I express all the crap on my chest at the time. I look forward to my check ins most weeks as I can just tell the team everything good or not so good!
Alix has also being amazing at making my tummy happy with all my requests of lots of chocolate recipes hehe (in moderation of course).
The recipes are so easy to follow with so much flavour and they are satisfying, there are so many options and you can chop and change to pretty much how you like it!
So here's to Britt and the team ! thanks for helping me love life again and I'm so looking forward to what the future holds for us"
